Maybe add support for american 24h format?

There have been a few threads and no resolution to this problem since sage 3

Myself (and alot of other americans) DO use 24hour clock format. Last resolution I was able to find was that the only way to get sage to use 24 hour clock was to set windows to international, such as the UK.


My windows clock format, as well as tons of other programs all recognize that I want 24hours. All except sage.

So please, in the next update, could sage follow the standard windows clock format instead of requiring us to switch to a forign theme?
