SageMC: Default Customizable Menu

I'm trying to use SageMC, but I'm having one issue - does anyone have a default setup menu (the same as the standard menu) thats in XML format for use with Neilm's Customizable menus?

I like the way the majority of the menus are setup in SageMC (with the popouts for TV, etc) and would like to keep them, I just want/need 1-2 external programs launching that I want to embed into the main menu...and possibly move a few things around...which I could do much easier with a premade default Neilm Menu to work from
