USBUIRT= awful sound from my usb ports!!!!

This is so strange, I have a brand new setup, I installed everything and when I was done I started up sage and bam!!! this loud buzzing noise starts to come from the computer, at first I think it is my hard drive failing so I went and bought a new 160 gig sata drive. I get it all setup and start sage....Boom!!! there it is again, after some trouble shooting I find that if I unplug my usbuirt the buzzing goes away, same effect if I disable it in the device manager. No other devices do this, The sound seems to come from the board itself, I am going to try a usb hub but I have to borrow it from a friend. Does anyone have any idea what this is!!!!!!!!

Do you have an external USB sound card? Maybe some sort of conflict exists? You might check to see if there are new drivers for the USB-UIRT. At the very least, uninstall and reinstall the USB-UIRT... unless, of course you've already done that.
