Seek Time Off?

I've been messing with trying to get my commercial skipping better because it's not been quite right since my last install of Sage. Recently I noticed that the commercial skip times are dead on when I open an .mpg file with Windows Media Player but the time on the seek bar for Sage is different.

For example if the first commercial segment starts at 9:09 on WMP it's idetified as such with ShowAnalysier but Sage shows that same transition at 9:26. As you go further in the file the difference gets bigger. Eventually near the end the last commercial segment is almost 1:50 off of the time stamp that ShowAnalysier and Windows Media Player show for that same spot on the .mpg.

Is this normal? Can somone point me to a setting in Sage that might correct this? It seems sage is calculating the FPS wrong maybe? I've got it set for NTSC and I'm running Sage 5.0.4.something. I originally noticed this under SageMC_169 but I loaded the default UI back up and it shows the exact same time stamps as SageMC did.

I'm not really sure where to go from here can anyone help?
