Guide and Channel Selection

All,

My provider changed from Comcast to Time Warner Cable (TWC). I thought before prime seaons started, I would remove my sources and update with the new guide info. Now I have channels appearing on my guide with no data associated with them. In addition, I cannot add or remove channels from the channel setup. The green bubble will not appear or disappear if I want to remove a channel. Any idea of what is going on?
