Sage Blips and Service Control App

Hello - I posted something a while back about this and now have more information. I have a server that runs the service control App and nothing else. I don't use the server to watch TV or run any other apps on it that take a lot of resources. In fact, at the task manager, there are 99% of CPU time free.

I have now noticed when there are approximately 1/2 to 1 second "blips" in a show. Suppose I'm watching a show downstairs and someone starts watching a show upstairs or a show is set to record. Right when that starts, there is a "blip." It's like Sage service says to show #1 being watched "sorry, busy, gotta go and record Show 2, I'll be back in a sec." Is this a bug or is there something I can do to stop this "interruption?" Is anyone else having this problem?

Thanks,
Mike
