Xvid/Divx file playback and audio sync...
Hi, guys!
I've tried my 1st DVD->Xvid conversion, and it turned out really well, and with a little help from AC3Filter I can play it back just fine too. The trouble arises when I pause, FF or REW the video - when I start it up again, or when it start playback from its new position, I see the video race quickly through the 1st second or so, before the sound kicks in, and the result is that from then on the sound is just a touch late. (since the vid went faster than expected, see?) I'm wondering where to start looking to debug this. It occurs in WMP as well, so I know it's not a sage-only thing, but you guys know so much...
