Slow Guide in SageMC 6.12a STV on MVP?

Is anybody else out there using SageMC 6.12 on the MVP?

I've turned off all the animations, sounds, etc. to improve the speed of SageMC on the MVP.

However, the one thing I haven't been able to fix so far is the display speed of the Guide in SageMC 6.12. Scrolling via the arrows keys is incredibly slow.

Using the page-down key seems to improve the problem a bit (only have to wait once instead of 5 times), but the rest of the family likes the simplicity of using the arrow keys.

Anybody else out there experiencing this problem, and if so, have you found some way to elleviate it?

Thanks,
-D

Have you completely restarted your computer since you installed SageMC?

If not, the guide will run sloooow until you restart the computer, not just Sage.

LIke everyone said make sure you reboot the server. If you still have issues blow away the clients folder and set it up again with a clean 612a. I have 2 x MVPs running 612a. No issues.

I have the same problem with SageMC. I also rebooted my server and client, really didn't help. Right now if I go into program info on a record show, it's very slow. Too bad, this seemed like a nice app to use. Any ideas on this?
