MCE Remote : stop, next and previous buttons don't work

Hi !

Another question about the Microsoft Remote :

Under Win XP Pro, SP2, SageTV 5.0.4

I selected 'MCE Remote' under detailed setup and it works pretty well. But some buttons don't work, like the stop button and the previous and next buttons. The fast forward and fast rewind buttons work perfectly. Like the green button. So why do these three buttons (stop, next, previous) not work ?

Did you try learning those keys to the appropriate commands? Mine works fine.

Already tried. Does not work. Learning does not detect any MCE remote action except left, right, down, up and enter. And perhaps some other basic buttons, too. But not "special buttons" like play, pause, stop,....

And ONLY stop, previous and next do not work at all (while listening music or watching TV).

Does the eHome Receiver show up in Device Manager? It sounds like maybe the drivers aren't loaded properly. Are you running Sage server or Sage client on the server or Sage client on a workstation?

I found the problem :

My Microsoft Keyboard (with some multimedia buttons) was conflicting with some MCE Remote buttons.

After uninstalling the keyboard software everything works fine.
