SageTV has inaccurate seeking

I have heard rumours about this, but I was not sure. I have noticed my edl plugin doing some skipps that were not accurate. I was blaming Show analyzer. Well tonight I looked into it, and it appears that showanalyzer is spot on...Flawless...good job Jeremy. My EDL plugin is also delivering the goods, seeking to the correct time index.

However...Sage is not doing accurate seeks. It looks like it is a progressive problem that gets worse as it gets farther along in a show.
evidence (clip of Stargate recorded with a Hap 250) included below. I have also reloaded the stock STV and it comes up with the same frame at the given time index. The first image is of Sage, Zoom, and VideoRedo on the same time index. Notice how the frames are different only in Sage. The second shows how far off Sage is...4 seconds! That is big enough to affect my show experience.

Narflex...any comments? please fix this, and commerical skip will be spot on.
Update: Tried this on another system using overlay to eliminate that variable (the sage in the shot is VMR9) and it has the same result as the sage in the screenshot.
