Unhappy Minor Video Issue

I'm having a minor problem with Live TV viewing. Across the very top of the screen about 2 or 3 'pixels' high is some sort of interference or noise. I've used BeyondTV with this same system and didn't have this problem so I'm guessing it is either SageTV or driver related. The menu screens do not suffer from this - just Live TV. No matter how far out I adjust the Overscan within SageTV I still see it at the top of the screen.

Any suggestions? I'm running the Trial of SageTV and I'm really liking what I'm seeing.

System Spec:

AMD XP 2100+
512 MB RAM
Hauppauge PVR-350
nVIDIA Geforce FX 5200 (using TV-Out)

That is the closed caption data that is included in the video stream. Edit your aspect ratio settings and increase the video size by 1 or 2%. That should be enough to push it off screen. You normally won't see the CC data due to overscan on a regular TV.

Overscan in Sage actually adjusts the size of the UI not the video. To increase the size of the video you need to adjust the aspect ratio settings as Mike said.
