Simple Media Extender Question

I just purchased the Sage MVP. I'm wondering if I just upgraded to version 6 and my MVP arrives in the mail within the next week, will the MPV show the version 6 screen? In other words, does the MVP use the Sage interface from the file server or is it part of the ROMS in the MVP hardware? I'm guessing that it uses the current Sage client/server software on the file server because it does say it's compatible now with mpeg4 files.

It will show whatever version is being 'ran' on the main server... If you are running V6, then both the server and the extender will be V6...
