Does STB firewire work with Windows 2003

I'm running Windows 2003 and tried to setup STB firewire. I got the drivers loaded just fine for the STB. When I run the VLC I can get the output from the PCI tuners just fine. But when I go to try the Motarola tuner I get nothing. Any thoughts?

Cycle through all of your channels. Any channel that is 5C'd will not show up at all. I was unlucky enough to have every single channel 5C'd. Hope this helps.
