remote antenna switching?

I've got a couple of the fusion hdtv cards and they are capable of capturing HD OTA and NTSC Cable. But they only have one antenna input, and an antenna "combiner" does not work.

Sooo, I'm trying out a radio shack a/b ant. switch that has an IR remote. And I was hoping someone could point me towards a template, or example, (or suggestions) on how to send the right antenna select IR code to the USB-IRT from SageTV?

(Also, any other ideas for switching antenna inputs are most welcome!)

Thanks!!

My advice would be to get a supported NTSC TV card and use that for the analog/SD stuff. The Fusion cards, being software encoders (for SD) simply don't work well for recording SD, especially not in a multi-tuner PVR environment.

Ok, thanks. I wasn't aware it was lacking that critical piece
of hardware. Guess I'll have to wait for the ATI650 (and
cousins) to be a.) more available; and b.) more reliable. ;-)

Cheers.

You could just get a PVR 500, or nVidia DualTV to go with your fusions.
