Deleting Favourites (set to Keep all, manual delete)

Hi
I am having a problem with my sage.
I have been running it successfulyl for comeing up on 3 years now, so not a newbie question.

I have favourites set to "keep all, no auto delete"
And the have recently started to be deleted just after they have been recorded. there are NO further airings, etc so its not an IR decision.

the log file shows the following for each of the segments of a show:
Sat 10/14 16:00:03.492 Removing MediaFile because it failed verification:MediaFile[id=7042265 A[7028030,7028029,"Star Trek:Enterprise IV",48457@1014.15:00,60] host=pvr encodedBy=Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II Capture format=MPEG2-PS 0:00:00 0 kbps [#0 Video[MPEG2-Video 25.0 fps 720x576 4:3 3800 kbps interlaced]#1 Audio[MP2 48000 Hz 2 channels 384 kbps]] \\pvr\videog\StarTrekEnterpriseIV-TheAenar-7028030-11.mpg, Seg0[Sat 10/14 15:55:00.172-Sat 10/14 16:00:00.038]]
Sat 10/14 16:00:03.591 Deleted media segment file \\pvr\videog\StarTrekEnterpriseIV-TheAenar-7028030-11.mpg dtime=98 len=0

Then it will show:
Sat 10/14 16:00:03.592 BAD Remove of non-existent MediaFile[id=7042265 A[7028030,7028029,"Star Trek:Enterprise IV",48457@1014.15:00,60] host=pvr encodedBy=Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II Capture format=MPEG2-PS 0:00:00 0 kbps [#0 Video[MPEG2-Video 25.0 fps 720x576 4:3 3800 kbps interlaced]#1 Audio[MP2 48000 Hz 2 channels 384 kbps]]] idxCode=12
Sat 10/14 16:00:03.595 Enforcing keep at most limits for the files...
Sat 10/14 16:00:03.606 needFreeSize = 0.7533 GB currFreeSize=15.950282752 GB

then later in the log it says:
Sat 10/14 16:00:03.989 Removing from schedule cause expired A[7028030,7028029,"Star Trek:Enterprise IV",48457@1014.15:00,60]

Another program in the log file which has the same effect (i.e. deletes from recordsings) has the same favourites settings:

I was running 5.0.4 with Sage MCE. I use XMLTV epg, which looks fine.
I upgraded to 6.0 Beta to see if it would make any difference, and it didnt'.

Any ideas? WAF is very very low right about now.

The first file listed show a file name ending with "-11.mpg". Getting up to the 11th segment for the recording could indicate that there are problems with the tuner & the resulting recordings are corrupt, so SageTV deletes them.

You could submit the logs to SageTV for their opinion on what is happening.
