im having some issues with my box and am planning to build another one. is there a way to tell what my serial number is so i can reinstall? i cant find my email from sage.

Q: I lost my license key, how can I get a copy of it again?

A: Send a request to orders@sagetv.com.

Don't forget: when emailing SageTV, include your name, email address, etc., so they can look up your registration data.

thanks dirk. i was just hoping that there was a way to find it by myself so i didnt have to wait for a response.

Yeah, I don't think the registration key is accessible anywhere ...

If by chance you ordered if from someone else other than sage (say PC Alchemy), you'll have to go back to them, as they don't report that info back to Sage.

It's gotta be in the registry somewhere...a re-install doesn't ask for it. But it may be hashed, hense emailing support.
