Hauppauge MediaMVP same as Sage Extender?

Simple question I think, is the Hauppauge MediaMVP they sell on their webpage the exact same unit that sage sells in its store? If not, what are the differences between the two? (I'm only talking wired here, not wireless).

Do they come with the same remotes? (It looks like the one hauppauge sells comes with the smaller, fewer button remote, while the one in the Sage picture looks like the 45-button hauppauge remote)

Does the sage one come with the same accessories as the one on hauppauge's site? (for example, the plastic base you can stand it up on)

Thanks in advance

They both the same, except the one from the Sage store includes a Media extender license.

Ok, so it would be ideal to pick up the one from the sage store then if they're both the same. And I'm assuming it comes with the 45-button remote instead of the smaller one?

I believe all the newer MVP's come with the 45 button remote.
