xmltv previous days epg disapearing

Hi people,
I have a new problem with my xmltv epgxml with 6.0.11
I download the next weeks guide data today (downloaded from tvxb) which only has info from midnight last night for the next 7 days.

When I update this into Sage, all previous days programs are set to "no schedule" and all my recordings lose their titles and are completely empty in the recordings list (i.e. no title at all)
the strange part, is that it is only for prgrams recorded in the last 24 hours. All the rest recorded earlier than that are ok.

This has now happened a couple of times in the past week since i upgraded, anyone know what might be causing this?

I am also running SageMCE 6.20
