Separate remote / key profile for Placeshifter possible?

So I've become a big fan of using PlaceShifter when I'm on the road staying in hotels etc. I like hooking up my laptop to the TV in the room and then using my Ericsson W800 phone as a bluetooth remote. The SageTV HID profile on the phone works by mapping keystrokes to buttons on the phone.

The problem is that my remote at home also uses keystrokes and some of the mappings conflict with the keystrokes from the phone. Does anyone know if there is any way to have the Placeshifter keep its key mapping profile separate from the server?
