USB-UIRT Channel up down commands along with 0 through 9

Hi all, long time since I've posted.

You know how when you are teaching Sage via the USB-UIRT the remote used to control the STB.
It asks you to enter 0 thru 9. (interestingly that with my new O/S build this worked perfectly for once).

Just wondering if there is a way to also teach it Channel + and -.
This way, if one was just going thru the digital STB channels,
Sage would send the CH+/- command(s) to the USB-UIRT.
Then instead of have to send three IR commands (ie channel 123, 124, 125, etc)
it would only have to send one IR command.

Is this already possible?
If not... why not!? ;-) Seems like an obvious addition / plugin?

You can teach all the commands listed to Sage for your remote. Go back into Detailed setup and I think it's link commands to Sage.
