Service Provider Not Listed

My service provider is not listed in the SageTV set-up menu. Most of Davidson County, NC uses Time Warner Cable - Davidson County.

I have downloaded trail version just to check an see if my cable provider is listed.

This page shows the line-up.

Can TIME WARNER CABLE - DAVIDSON COUNTY be added? Can I do it locally? Is there a work-a-round?

If you've put in your zip code & your provider isn't there, then the 2nd Q of this FAQ tells who to contact... but since you've contacted support, they'll probably be able to look into it. Make sure you've given them your zip code.

Are you absolutely sure about this? I don't have SageTV set up yet but the information that Sage and Zap2It both use come from the same source and Zap2It has your line up just fine. I matched it against the Time Warner website line-up listed for Time Warner Cable - Davidson County.

Zap2It has line-ups listed for:

Time Warner Cable - Cable ( Lexington )
Time Warner Cable - Digital ( Lexington )


I used 27292 for the zip code.
