Orange tint with hauppauge 150 and GeForce FX 5200

Hello,
I just finished putting together this SageTV box running Windows XP media center using a hauppauge ovr 150 and a geforce fx 5200 card. Live TV is slightly dark with an orange tint. The quality is 'sub-par' to say the least. I am using a 35 inch tube TV using the s-video output on the geforce card. I am also using a s video to rca adapter going into the TV.

I was wondering if there are any settings i am missing to get a decent display as the picture quality directly from the wall to the TV looks fine.

I am using the latest drivers for both cards as well as the 2 registry tweaks provided in the forums.
