Sage MC and DVD Profiler

I have a question that I just cant seem to find a clear answer for.

I use DVD profiler to catalog over 200 + dvd's and it works great.

I have some of these DVD's backed up to a unc \\ms1\dvd\Harry Potter Goblet of Fire for example.

I have set eveything correctly under Sage

location of the dvdprofiler .xml files
location of dvd profiler
location for offline folders etc

The problem is, it is not pulling up the profiler information for all of my online DVD's I think it has to do with the naming of the DVD folder itself, now how should I name the online folder, I would imagine I should use the name in DVD profiler, but what is that name exactly, is it case sensitive etc.

Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

Go to the detailed info screen for the online movie in SageMC and select edit video info. The popup should have a selection to import DVD Profiler data. It may not be automated, but it works. Hope this helps.

Edit: Yes the folder name has to match the entry for the DVD Profiler data exactly. Sorry, forgot to mention that.

Seems I'm having a little problem. If I edit video info and select DVD Profiler import, I can get about one or two DVDs to update then I get a message the collection.xml not found. If I restart Sage, the process starts all over again. One or two work, then collection not found. Any thoughts or suggestions. Thanks
