Thumbs up Dan is the [insert swear phrase here] man!

Within mere days of reporting to him that Zap2It had the wrong time zone for the SciFi channel in my EPG, it's now fixed on their end, and my EPG, along with everyone else getting Zap2It's feed, is now correct. That's what I call customer service.

Thanks! You've got a Sage customer for life.

Now if we could only have Most Extreme Elimination Challange actually include the Episode numbers (It's available on SpikeTV's webpage).. *sigh*

Cable company

Heck,

I'd be happy if I could just get my cable company and programming guide listed.

With Snapstream (Feature plug), I could go in and edit the names/descriptions of recorded shows, but SpikeTV only listed todays and future episodes, so I was forced to do it that night.

Krutaw,

We support every lineup in the US now, what problems are you having getting the right guide data?

Well I wouldn't put it that way, only that my cable provider isn't listed as an available option.
