Questions about converting

Hi,

I have found the convert button only by playing a recording and then going into its detailed info.

Once I have kicked one off, how to I monitor its progress please?

I did search the manual but couldnt find the info.

If you go to the recording and press play the convert button should be on the pop-up menu. I guess you probably would need to be using the advanced view (or whatever it's called) instead of basic.

Go to Media Center and then Video Conversions

actually pressing "Play" just plays the recording, this is a way to bypass the popup menu. Pressing "OK/Select/Return" pops up the option box with the Convert tool.

Yeah, I was in a hurry when I wrote that. I mean to say select.
