recommendation for best combo - digital cable and OTA HD

I would like two PCI capture cards and an IR emitter that will:

* control digital cable box channel changes, record S-video from cable box
* record OTA HD
* will not interfere with each other at hardware or software level
* are compatible with XP Pro SP2 by default
* are compatible with SageTV V6

Recommendations?
