External Player Help-Set Watched?

When I first installed sage it was version 4 and had germsage installed. When I watched a program with my Roku Photobridge (to watch hd) it would set the program as watched. I am now using version 6. How to I get that same functionality? Sage keeps recording the shows I have already watched (and deleted) with the Roku. I am sure one of the stv's will do this but I can't find which one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
