Is it possible to dedicate different physical disks for each TV-tuner card installed?
Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to get one tuner card to record on one physical disk, and another tuner card on the same computer to record on another physical disk (also on the same computer)?

Yes, you can. There is a setting in the tuner section of sage.properties, where you can specify the storage location.
