DVD Region Error playing from Hard Drive
I have a fresh installation of SageTV 6. I'm trying to play a DVD (X-Men The Last Stand) that I have copied to the imported video folder. I see the DVD listed in the Sage interface under imported video DVD. When I select to play it I get an error saying that This DVD is not formatted to play in this region. Any ideas? The DVD will play just fine if I put it in the DVD drive and use the "Play DVD" feature.

It sounds like that DVD can't simply be copied to your hard drive due to some form of encryption/copy protection/etc. Per the forum rules (#4), the instructions for how to break that protection are not allowed on this forum and have been removed from this thread.
