Older version of Sage
Hello all,
I purchased version 5 and was happy with it. Well my hard drive fried and of course like an idiot the installation file was only on that drive. How can I get a version 5 file since that's what I paid for. The version 6 won't take my key. Maybe a link could be sent to my registered email address? Thanks

If you purchased V5, then you should have a free upgrade to V6, and it should be taking your key. There was a problem with keys issued by PCalchemy Issued 4/25/2006 to 9/18/2006:

Actually I think I purchased v4 and already upgraded to v5.
Thanks for the quick reply!! At any rate I emailed support with my info and they took care of me asap. This is a great company and a great Forum!! Last edited by eclas; 01-03-2007 at 09:13 PM. Reason: Sage took care of it!
