Need help, customer support could not help me

I keep getting an error when I start sage(somtimes) This happens most of the time if I am recording a show when I start sage (launch it from the task bar). Maybe I am just going to be stuck with using overlay, but I would hope there is a better option. Below it the support email I sent:
Chad,

I believe this will be fixed in an upcoming version. I just don't know when
that version will be released.

George

I was using the new version. If I turn off 3D Acceleration it does fix the
error. However this forces me to use overlay and the picture quality is not
as good. How do I make it work with 3D Acceleration enabled? I get that
popup error, but before I even click on the ok button I can see a picture
and sound. Is there a way I can just suppress the error since it does not
seem to do anything? Thank, Chad

I am using service mode now. I do not think I have a issue with standby. I have my computer setup not to enter standby. Chad
