AverTV Combo PCIe

Does anyone know anything about this new card? Aver's website, http://www.aver.com/mpd/combopcie.html, lists it as coming soon. The specs look good.

Dual NTSC/ATSC/Clear QAM tuners
PCIe interface
Hardware Encoding
Low Profile Form Factor

The picture has two RF inputs so I'm wondering if I can connect one to the cable system and the other to an antenna and switch each tuner back and forth as needed (so I can record HD OTA on 2 tuners when needed)
