Videotron
has anyone been able to get Videotron to provide DVB-C PCI support on their cable? I've been trying for the last 2 weeks but no success.
maybe if we get a petition running.. well here's for hoping

Odds are, in NA they're using a combination of analog and QAM, and you've got a better chance getting them to give you free cable than to provide a different modulation (DVB-C).
In addition to that, nobody in NA supports PC based conditional access.
