Is this Possible
I would like to run a batch job from the program guide, if Sage TV is able to a run a batch file in Dos / windows with the following info passed to it like channel number start time, delete time, record flag or delete flag to batch program we can use the batch program to control recording in My theatre or DVBDREAM etc.
This will be good start till SageTV start supporitng DVB-s card with BDA and WDM drivers |

There's a network encoder plugin for MyTheatre. I don't have the link handy, but there's a thread on it, and it might be in the downloads section.

Sounds like the problem is not with the control of MyTheatre, but with MyTheatre itself (ie that's it's not recording for some reason). I don't think a different method of control would help that.

I have mytheatre and dvbdream working and recording perfectly, what I was wanting is the ability from sagetv program guide to run a bat file to schedule a recording or change channel in mytheatre using the command line parameter in mytheatre or dvbdream
