MCE remote supplied with PVR-500 MCE kits

Hiya

Does the MCE remote that comes with the Hauppauge MCE kits have the tv on/off button ? I've been googling the images of them and it looks like there subtly different models available, one of which does have the tv power on the top left and another that doesnt

Can someone with the kit tell me what remote they have ?
