Where are combined channel numbers defined?

I originally installed two over the air tuners that defined the hd channels in the guide like this:
4-1
13-1

Now I've installed an HDHomeRun for QAM signals and picked a neighboring city and the guide has combined channels like this:
104
113

I like these channel definitions (easier to type with the remote) and everything works exactly as expected. However, I can't get channel 5 via QAM, therefore it's still defined in the guide as 5-1.

So long question longer, is it possible for me to change it to 105?

Thanks.

To answer my own question... RTFM

This was a matter of simply going to Channel Setup > selecting the channel and selecting Remap > Map to Different Channel Number > 105.
