Please help me setup Comskip with SageTV

Hi

For some strange reason, I can't find any step-by-step instructions on how to setup Comskip with SageTV.
I found some post with hints but nothing that covers the whole setup process.

So far I have setup Dirmon2 and Comskip 79_70. Dirmon is staring Comskip on my recordings. So far everything is fine.
But when I watch the shows in Sage TV I see no difference.
The only thing that has happened is that I get a txt file for every show in my tv recording directory. Like this:
__________________________________
FILE PROCESSING COMPLETE 44957 FRAMES AT 2500
-------------------
1 372
12447 20372
39951 44958

I guess my setup is wrong but I don’t know what to change.
I have attached två images with my Dirmon2 setup.
Do I need to set up Comskip.exe in some way?

Please help!

Thanks

Ansy

Hi,
You need an STV with comskip PLAYBACK; some have this built in (SageMC I think). Look for comskip playback under Customizations.

Ansy,

One thing I noticed in your Dirmon setup you do not have anything in command line options. You should point to your INI file there. If you don't then Comskip when startrd by Dirmon will not use it. So any changes you make to the INI file will not be used.

See ex below

--ini=c:\program\comskip_70\comskip.ini
