Channel Mapping Question for HDHomerun

I switched cable providers over the weekend and am having difficulty mapping channels with sage. The listing below is my command line scan of the QAM channels.

I've tried mapping them in Sage, and I get No signal... even though the signal strength is 100%.

WWJ-HD on Comcast for my area is channel 233. I remapped it as 86-62-1. I had Sage in a window and SageTVHomerun on the screen. When I try to connect to WWJ-HD, SageTVHomerun says I have a full signal, but SageTV reports no signal. Sometimes my processor will spike at 100% and lock Sage, othertimes no. Can anyone assist?

I promise this will be the last question on channel mapping if I can get it working.

Thanks,

Phil

So you would remap the virtual channel 223 to the physical channel 86-1

If you run the HDHR GUI, does VLC bring up WWJ-HD on channel 86-1?

P

Edit: You mostly had it right...just get rid of that 62 (that's the OTA designation). BTW...

765000000 (us-cable:119, us-irc:119) qam256 (ss=92 snq=80 seq=100)
3: 20.1 WMYD-HD
3-1 pc qam256:765000000 3
4: 50.1 WKBD_HD
4-1 pc qam256:765000000 4

I don't get these on Brighthouse/Time Warner Redford
I thought I tried 86-1, but I don't remember for sure. There were so many variations that it's hard to keep them straight. VLC does bring it up in the HD GUI. In looking at my list, some of them have multiple entries for the same channel. So... under us-cable 119, would I use 20-1 for WMYD-HD and 50.1 for WKDB?

They also show up under other us cable numbers.

Thanks again for your help. I'll give it a try. If I get this working, I might have one more question. Would it be ok to send you a pm or would you prefer I just post it to the group?
