Importing DVR-MS Files

I have over 100GBs of HD tv shows from when I had a Microsoft XP media PC and now I want to watch those shows with Sage. I couldn't find any information in the Sage PDF or on the forum on how to do that.

Is it possible to import or convert them? I certainly hope so and that I just missed the obvious. Please tell me how.

Thanks.
