There is no disk in the drive.
This poblem is driving me nuts.
When I try and view certain recorded shows I will see this popup message "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into the drive." and it will prevent me from viewing the show, and also enter into a loop. I cannot click continue, abort or retry, as it will be stuck on ths popup's loop. Sage needs to be restarted to fix this. Some shows work fine, but some will cause this error. Has anyone seent his, or is there a quick solution? This is happening on the client only with Sage 6.x |

Check that on your server, you have specified your capture drive with a UNC path, i.e. //Servername/sharedcapturedrive.
This drive must be shared. I had this problem and it went away once I'd moved all my recorded tv to a different drive (my imported media drive). You will continue to get this problem untill you've moved all of the recorded tv as I beleive Sage stores the capture file path agains the file. I was confused by the fact that having a DVD in the drive appered to cure the problem. This was because the capture drive on my server had the same drive letter as the dvd rom drive on my client! Hope this helps

Thanks, This seems to be the solution- switched to all UNC paths for server settings, and deleted files on the offending drive.
