Support for two Hauppauge HVR-1600 cards?

I am currently using SageTV 6.1.4 beta with my Hauppauge HVR-1600 card. Everything works great.

Has anyone tried using two (2) HVR-1600 cards to be able to get 2 HD and 2 SD channels in SageTV? Is it easy to setup in 6.1.4? I'm thinking about getting another HVR-1600 but want to make sure SageTV can support it before I buy another one.

How did you configure yours? I just bought the 2nd card, installed it, and opened SageTV, but in the Setup Video Sources Wizard, it does not allow me to configure the 2nd pair of inputs.

How do you configure the video sources on the 2nd card?

UPDATE: I fixed the issue. After the drivers for the 2nd card were installed, I had to restart. I now see it in the Video Source Setup as #2. FYI for anyone else using 2 HVR-1600 cards.

I'm curious as to why you didn't just get the HDhomerun? I would like to record 2 hi def sources at the same time, which was lead me to the hdhomerun, but I have also considered 2 1600s, not sure which way to go...

I will be capturing broadcasts, not cable, so QAM is not needed..

I did not even look at the HDHomeRun, but in understanding what it is, I would not choose it because:

1. I wanted analog tuners
2. I wanted an internal tuner
3. I wanted a tuner that did not rely on my network
4. I wanted a tuner that comes from a great name with sup
5. I had no need for QAM

In case anyone runs across this while searching "HDHomeRun": You can connect the HDHR directly to your HTPC, and Jafa's (SiliconDust) Support is excellent.
