Placeshifter loosing connection to server

I have researched this problem and could not find an answer.

I use placeshifter on the road to listen to my music library. After a certain amount of time, maybe 5 to 30 minutes, placeshifter gets disconnected from my home server. I have to wait 5 minutes before I can reconnect.

Has anyone experienced this problem and found a solution?
