Program stops when watching TV

My wife has complained that when she watches TV it stops at the end of the program. At first I thought maybe it stopped because she was watching from Sage Recordings but she says that if she is in guide and selects a channel sometimes it just stops at the end of the program and does not continue into the next program. Is this possible and if so is there a setting somewhere?

This fixed this for me:

Close SageTV and the service if running and open up your Sage.properties
file. Look for this line, "seeker/fast_mux_switch=true" and change it from
true to false.
