Phantom folder with 2516 non-existent vids

I sure hope someone can help with this. I have 2516 non-existent videos showing in an equally non-existent folder on My Videos page in SageMC 16x9.
The folder is titled true.avi with a thumbnail from Scrubs as the folder pic. The folder is of course empty when opened. The file true.avi or a thumbnail with true or scrubs in the name doesn't exist on my server or any of my clients. My non SMC16x9 clients also show these phantom files although they are not shown in a folder but as a very long list of individual files named true.avi. BTW they also show up incorrectly on the server. It's not just a client problem.

So, this happens in the default STV too? If you view the details screen for one of these videos, what does it list as the file path? Was this ever a valid path?

What other customizations have you been using? If you were doing any imported video details customization via the SageMC tools, or some other custom tool, then ask about that in the customizations section of the forum.

Yes it happens with the default STV also except it doesnt show the folder in the default STV, just 2516 true.avi files. There is no path in the detailed view just the file name true.avi. I'm not running any other customizations.
