Yes, it should work with a single PVR 350 card. Do you have the "Enable TV Out for PVR 350" option set?

Setup ->Detailed Setup -> Multimedia
last option on that screen

btw: you may have to restart Sage TV for the option to take effect.

hey thanks...........works like a charm..........

Is there anyway to only have the output go to the tv so that the pc does not display?

Cheers,

No. OSD support for the 350 will be in Sage 2.0.

No, neither Divx or DVD will playback through the 350.

You might want to go to the support page and look under customizations for the Properties File Configuration Options. following is a line from it, I believe hand is supposed to be hang.

videoframe/disable_sw_decoding - true/fales to completely disable software decoding when using a hardware decoder for playback (may cause system to hand for PVR-350)

ok........well after 2 days of troubleshooting.......i am over it

your sales rep was pretty good at selling me, but after a java stack overflow, 5 bluescreens, 2 reinstalls, 3 repairs, and now a video window that doesn't work, it would appear that this software is NQRPT (not quite ready for prime time) so good luck everyone. i hope 2.0 is better for all of you. i have a friend who reccomended Win XP Media Services and thats what I am going to try next.

cheers,
rob

Your having os and java problems, it is not Sage. Maybe you should try with a clean config before you give up.

Good luck with XP-MCE, unless you have MSDN, your not gonna get it unless you shell out the cash for a new puter. Oh yeah, and no hardware decoders are supported by it.

Sorry it didn't work out for you man. I had my Sage setup running in less than 12 hours, including hardware assembly. I didn't find it to be a hassle in the least bit.
