3 second delay when changing channel?

Now today I connected my sky tv box up to my 'Hauppauge WinTV PVR150 MCE' but when changin channel, it takes around 3 seconds before it changes.

Is this normal?

That sounds about right to me. Some STB's use 4 digit channel entry, but I think sage sends only 3 digits. The box then waits a couple of seconds for the last digit before changing the channel. At least this is what I see with firewire channel changing on my SA3250HD boxes. Maybe this is what is happening to you?

Ah, wa wondering if I had something set wrong, but looks like its common, doesnt really matter, 3 secs is nothing really.

Ok I did think it was normal, but im very puzzled

I use MSN Messanger, and I guess alot of you do, now when I go to webcam settings, its set to my tv card and I can see the TV, when I turn it over there, its just like turning it over on a normal TV?
