Add menu item with studio

How do I add a new menu item in Sage with this new beta? I was quite familiar and comfortable doing it in the previous release but this latest release has thrown me for a loop. It is not where I previously went to add it and it looks very different. I am trying to add a menu item for the Movietimes plugin and I can't get it to show like I previously was able.

Where are you trying to add it? (i.e.: in what menu & where in that menu?)

Oh. I'm guessing you mean in the Online Services menu. I had to make that one dynamic because of how it now configures the online video sections. I'm not sure there is a good way to do that using the old menu system.

Yes, you are correct, it was in the Online Services menu. It was the only one with enough space to put my menu items. I cna find another way/place to put them. Thanks for the info

If you don't want to make a full import or use Niel's dynamic menu system, then perhaps consider creating a whole new menu that you can add somewhere & then export that menu widget in Studio via File -> Export Selected Menus. In future STVs, you could import that menu via Studio's File -> Import option, then connect that menu somewhere.

T hanks Andy. I did just that. It should make it a lot easier in the future anyway!
