Nielm Webserver streaming issue

I nearly have my SageTV server doing everthing I want. I believe my last problem is getting the webserver to stream video. I can view my pictures through the websever, and listen to my music. When I try to stream video I get this error.

java.io.IOException: Unable to allocate port for streaming between specified ports 8000-8100

I have opened up port 8001 on my firewall. I read through the fourm here and found it should be between 8000-8100. But from what I read it looks like the webserver just scans for it and there is no where to specify what I opened up. It won't work internally or externally. Does anyone have any ideas?

Where did you open port 8001?

The port should be opened on the machine where the webserver plugin is running. An alternative may be to add SageTV.exe and SageTVClient.exe as exceptions on the Windows firewall.

If these are already open, then I'm not sure what else it may be.
