Burn in utility

I am looking for something that maxes out all aspects of a computer at once. Hard drives, memory, CPUs, everything. I am looking at the ultimate boot CD, but it looks like I can only run one test at a time. I need to run them all at once.

What I am trying to do is find out how much power different computers take during a max load. Anybody have a suggestion? Thanks
