2 tuners, one cable box.....

I have two tuner cards. I would like to hook up one to a cable box controlled by a RF Blaster. The other one would just connect directly to the analog feed. My concern is how will SageTV choose tuners when I set it to record a show that requires the cable box feed. Will it know what tuner to choose?

Just to make sure, you mean an IR blaster, right? I don't think there are any RF blasters (and I think people have mentioned some RF controllers).

When the sources are configured, the one connected to the box will be configured as using an external receiver & a blaster, so SageTV will know to use the blaster when it needs to record something using that tuner.

Also: when you configure them, they will need to use different channel lineups so that you can have different channels enabled for each one.
